When will I get my order?
This tracking page is the best place to check on your order status. As soon as your package is assigned a shipping label, you should be able to follow its courageous journey to your doorstep. You'll also get email alerts when it's on its way, along with an estimated delivery date.
Where is my pre-order swag?
If your pre-order swag didn't arrive with your sparkling water, something has gone terribly wrong.
Drop us a line at hey@balloonwater.com and we'll fix it.
Can I return the sparkling water if I don't like it?
Unfortunately, the high cost of shipping both ways across Canada and the US would sink me so I can't accept returns.
But if there's anything physically or obviously wrong with what you got (punctured or exploded cans, halfway filled, tastes like pickle juice, etc), please drop me an email at hey@waterballoon.com with a picture or fill out the contact form and I will send a replacement!
Can I buy more Balloon if I do like it?
Absolutely! If you live in Canada, you should be able to order more from the website once the weather thaws a bit in 2024, and buy it IRL at Super Queen's Market in Toronto. If you're in the US, you're a pain in my butt to ship to and I won't be doing that again for a while. #sorrynotsorry #saidinacanadianaccent #maybein2025?
